Early experiment. Human-reviewed audits are not available yet: this site offers only the free in-browser tool and guides. Nothing here takes orders or collects contact details.

FAQ

Questions about the free tool.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The script in the page reads the file in your browser and shows the result there. To verify, open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab and run the tool: you will see no request carrying your file or its contents. The only requests the tool can make are the anonymous count events described in the privacy notice.

What does it check?

Invalid barcodes (check-digit rule) and barcodes shared by different products; duplicate SKUs and titles; empty or placeholder descriptions; missing or zero prices; titles that disagree with a size, weight or pack-size column; weights that do not fit the dimensions; zero weights or dimensions; one identical weight on many products; mixed weight units; inconsistent brand spelling. Checks that need a column your file does not have are skipped.

Does it tell me what is wrong?

It tells you what is suspicious. It can show that two fields disagree, not which one is right, and it has no manufacturer or product-database data. Treat every result as a candidate to check. Some flags will be false alarms — for example two genuinely identical products that share a weight.

Which file formats work?

CSV (comma, semicolon or tab separated) up to 15 MB, such as a Shopify or WooCommerce product export or a spreadsheet saved as CSV. Common column names are recognised (title, sku, barcode/gtin/upc/ean, description, brand, price, weight, length/width/height or dimensions, size, pack size, image, category).

Is it free? Do I need an account?

It is free and needs no account, no email address and no sign-up.

Do you track me?

No cookies are set. The web server keeps ordinary access logs, and the tool sends up to three count-only events (a tool run with coarse size buckets, a click on the issue-list download, and the optional “I would want a person to review these flags” button). Nothing in these events identifies you or describes your file. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the events are not sent. Details: privacy notice.

Can I hire you to review my catalog?

Not at the moment. A human-reviewed audit service is being explored, but it is not available and this site cannot take requests or orders. The optional button after a run only adds an anonymous count.
