Privacy notice

A plain-language description of what this site does today. It is not a contract.

Your files

When you use the free tool, your browser reads the file and runs the checks on your own device. The file and its contents are not sent to us or to anyone else. You can confirm this in your browser's developer tools (Network tab).

What this website collects

No cookies, no accounts, no forms. The site does not ask for your name, email address or any contact details, and nothing on it can submit them.
Server access logs. Like any website, the web server records technical details of each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser type, referring page). These logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention settings. We use them only to count visits in aggregate (for example, pages per day and where visitors came from) and for security. Our statistics do not store IP addresses.
Three count-only events. After a tool run the page may request a tiny image such as /m/e.gif?ev=tool_run&b=12. The query contains only an event name from a fixed list (tool_run, issues_download, audit_interest) and, for tool_run, two coarse size buckets (for example “fewer than 100 rows”). It never contains a file name, a cell value or any identifier.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends either signal, these events are not sent.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, build profiles, use advertising or analytics cookies, or load third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.

Who we are

This site is an early experiment run by BOS Executive Partners. It currently offers no way to contact us or place an order, so there is nothing to request here; if that changes, this notice will be updated before anything is collected.
